CLIENT SUCCESS SPECIALIST

Role Summary
You are the front line of TITAN's client experience and revenue growth. You'll handle inbound inquiries, build relationships with prospective and existing clients, prepare quotes and service agreements, and make sure every customer feels taken care of — from first contact through long-term retention. This is a role for someone who takes pride in follow-through and genuinely enjoys helping businesses solve problems.

Six Things You'll Genuinely Enjoy Doing
- Responding to inbound leads — phone calls, website inquiries, and emails — and turning them into scheduled services and long-term accounts.
- Preparing clear quotes and proposals that make it easy for clients to say yes and understand exactly what they're getting for each service type.
- Following up consistently — not once, not twice, but until you have a clear answer, one way or another.
- Building real client relationships — remembering names, situations, and details that make clients feel like more than an account number.
- Identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and presenting solutions that genuinely fit the client's needs.

- $48,000–$54,000 base salary

Hours
Full time, Monday-Friday 8:00 – 4:30 pm On-site
- Must pass a 7-year background check (local, state, federal) and drug screening (pre-employment and random)
- We are a smoke-free facility
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, inside sales, outbound sales, or a related client-facing role preferred.
