Job description
MindBridge (mindbridgecare.com) is a mental health platform based in Toronto, Canada. We serve private-practice therapists and small clinics across Canada and the US with two products:
- A patient engagement app (live on iOS and Google Play) that helps patients stay supported between therapy sessions
- Done-for-you marketing services that help clinics grow their practice
We're early-stage, scaling from our first users into growth, and looking for a driven sales closer to help us get there.
The Role
This is a full-cycle sales role — not appointment setting, not lead gen. You own the entire process from first call to signed client:
1. Cold call clinic owners using leads we provide (150–200 curated leads per week)
2. Run a live demo of our app, walking the therapist through how it works and the value it brings
3. Close the clinic onto a monthly marketing plan
4. Maintain organized follow-up and lead tracking in our CRM
This is the core of the role: picking up the phone, having real conversations with therapists, demoing the product, handling objections, and closing the deal. If you're looking for warm inbound leads or appointment-setting work, this isn't the right fit.
What We Provide
- All leads — curated and provided by us weekly (150–200 per week). You won't source or build lead lists from scratch.
- Cold-calling script and demo script — use them as a reference and adjust however works best for you
- Full product training and hands-on support, especially through your early calls
- A client agreement process already in place — when you close a deal, onboarding is structured and professional
What We're Looking For
- Real cold-calling experience — comfortable dialing, handling rejection, and staying persistent. Any industry is fine; healthcare experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- Closing ability — you've actually closed deals yourself, not just booked meetings for someone else to close. This is the non-negotiable.
- Strong conversation skills — therapists are healthcare professionals who dislike pushy sales. You need a consultative, empathetic, natural tone.
- Comfort running product demos — you can learn a product quickly and explain it clearly over a call or screen share.
- Self-motivated and organized — you manage your own schedule, track every lead and follow-up, and don't need to be chased.
- Excellent spoken and written English. French is a strong plus for Canadian outreach.
Compensation
- Commission-based to start, paid weekly. You earn commission on every clinic you close — a strong closer can earn up to $5,000+ per month.
- Once you reach 20 closed clients, you move onto a base-plus-commission structure and a leadership opportunity opens up on the sales side.
- This is NOT an hourly role. If you're only comfortable with hourly or fixed-rate work, this isn't the right fit.
