As a Senior Operations Analyst at Tide, your role will involve collecting and organizing data from various sources, building reports, and assisting internal stakeholders with analysis. You will be responsible for executing periodical reports for external stakeholders, such as banks and other organizations. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring inbound work volumes, analyzing abnormalities, and identifying potential concerns to present data in a digestible format to major stakeholders.
- Enhancing team efficiency by working closely with the Operations Manager.
- Collaborating with Operations Analysts and Managers from other departments to improve effectiveness across business units.
- Working with teams such as Financial Crime, KYC, Compliance, Member Support, and Product.
- Collecting and organizing information for day-to-day operational reporting.
- Preparing regular or ad-hoc analysis of different data sets and visualizing data to stakeholders.
- Investigating abnormalities in inbound work volumes and monitoring KPIs performance metrics.
- Providing recommendations for process improvements and preparing reports for internal or external stakeholders.
- Assigning daily inbound volumes to various teams, reporting daily SLA for each workstream, and utilizing advanced Excel knowledge.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Proven track record in process optimization and performance analysis in an operational setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in interpreting data and translating it into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Looker, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Exceptional listening, doubt-solving capabilities, and analytics skills.
- Willingness to work in a shared shift pattern as per business requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
