Job Summary
We are seeking an analytical, growth-focused Paid Media Buyer (SaaS Specialist) to manage and scale our paid acquisition budgets. Moving past basic ad management, you will approach paid acquisition as a holistic systemcombining creative testing velocity, deep data attribution mapping, and performance analytics to systematically scale paid channels.
Your main focus will be managing paid search, social, and display campaigns to acquire software subscribers efficiently at or below target CAC constraints.
Core Responsibilities
- Campaign Architecture & Budget Management: Build, deploy, and structure paid ad accounts across platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google PPC (Search, Display, Performance Max), LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
- Creative Strategy & Ops: Act as a creative strategist. Analyze creative performance hooks and hold rates, then brief designers and copywriters on creating targeted iterative ad variations based on hard performance data.
- Attribution & Data Integrity: Monitor and manage ad attribution health. Reconcile third-party platform data against backend analytics platforms to ensure clean tracking and accurate ROI data.
- A/B Testing & Funnel Optimization: Run continuous, disciplined split tests across ad copy, bidding algorithms, targeted segments, and post-click landing page user experiences to optimize conversion rates.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver regular analytical reports on campaign outcomes, highlighting ad spend metrics, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), conversion volume, and downstream user quality.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of dedicated hands-on media buying experience, specifically running paid traffic campaigns for subscription or software business models with high monthly ad spend thresholds.
- Platform Mastery: Deep, native execution expertise inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Certification or advanced knowledge of platform automation rules is a significant advantage.
- Analytical Toolkit: High proficiency with data tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, and specialized ad reporting dashboards (e.g., Motion, Microsoft Clarity, or Triple Whale).
- Pressure Management: Comfortable executing and making data-backed decisions under tight scaling targets and performance KPIs.
