Job Summary
- Drive and manage key account relationships to enhance business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships with existing partners and onboard new partners across hyperlocal, dining, health & wellness sectors.
- Lead and oversee tie-up processes, ensuring all agreements are managed efficiently.
- Manage reports and maintain digital records of all MOUs and agreements.
- Ensure smooth execution of partnership programs by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategize and execute partner acquisition and retention plans to meet business objectives.
- Ensure key partnerships and tie-ups are aligned with company goals and deliverables.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring seamless execution of services.
- Monitor and manage escalation issues, resolving partner concerns effectively.
- Develop reports and insights on partner performance, MOUs, and operational efficiencies.
- Train and mentor junior team members in key account management practices.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale partner networks.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
