Requirements
- You must be a licensed cosmetologist or licensed natural hair stylist/braider in DC
- You must commit to four, 8 hour training sessions over two weeks during probation
Pay
- Guaranteed Hourly Pay$ for new hires during probationary period or a $500 sign-on bonus as a commission-only hire
- Service commission + retail commission + tips
- Complimentary training is provided for all team members
- Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
- Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
