As a high-potential candidate joining our Procurement team, you will play a pivotal role in managing global vendor onboarding and driving process efficiency through automation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end onboarding of vendors across regions including US, EMEA, APAC, and India
- Ensuring documentation completeness and compliance
- Tracking onboarding SLAs and proactively resolving delays
- Maintaining accurate vendor master data and serving as the central point of coordination across stakeholders
- Supporting PO creation and tracking, maintaining contract and renewal trackers, and assisting in invoice issue resolution
- Monitoring intake requests and ensuring structured documentation
- Identifying repetitive manual tasks and improving workflows
- Building and maintaining trackers and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets
- Implementing structured reminder systems to enhance process visibility and reporting accuracy
- Suggesting and implementing automation enhancements
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Commerce, Management, or IT
- 0-2 years of experience (Freshers welcome)
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and logical thinking ability
- High attention to detail
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python
- Exposure to dashboards or automation projects
- Internship experience in operations, finance, or analytics
