Role Overview

Responsible for end-to-end fund accounting and reporting, including NAV preparation, financial statements, and general ledger management. Handles reconciliations, expense tracking, and investment accounting while supporting investor reporting and performance analysis. Monitors cash flows, capital activities, and ensures accurate coordination with operations teams to maintain data integrity and timely delivery of fund reports

Key Responsibilities

Fund Accounting & Reporting

• Prepare and review monthly/quarterly NAV calculations and financial statements
• Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of fund accounting records
• Perform cash, portfolio, and bank reconciliations
• Track fund-level expenses, accruals, and allocations

Financial Statements & Investor Reporting

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements (IFRS/US GAAP)
• Support investor reporting, including capital statements and performance metrics (IRR, yield, etc.)
• Assist in preparation of portfolio and performance reports

Operations & Transactions

• Record investment activity (fundings, repayments, interest income)
• Monitor cash flows and capital calls/distributions
• Coordinate with operations teams for deal-level data accuracy
