Heavy Haul Lowboy/Winch Truck Operators - 11/10 - Camp - Fort McMurray, AB
Thompson Construction Group is seeking Heavy Haul Lowboy/Winch Truck Operators for their Fort McMurray operations. This role involves transporting construction equipment and materials between various projects, working a rotational schedule, and living in remote camps. The ideal candidates are experienced, safety-focused, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2 years’ experience moving heavy equipment
- Valid Class 1 driver’s license with air endorsement and current driver’s abstract
- Proficiency in operating standard transmission (18 speed)
- Ability to identify and describe mechanical issues on truck/trailer
- Knowledge of heavy equipment
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in Fort McMurray area and live in remote camps
- Energy Safety Canada CSO certification
- Good health and physical condition
- Ability to pass a pre-access drug and alcohol test
