Skills Required:

• On‑Prem Exchange Operations & Administration (Exchange 2016 or newer)
• Incident Troubleshooting & Break‑Fix Support
• Monitoring, Health Checks & Sustainment
• Routine Maintenance & Platform Support
• Security & Compliance Awareness (Cleared Environments)

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):

• Familiarity with Cloud hosting services
• Familiarity with M365

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server environments to support organizational communication needs.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Manage email security protocols, including spam filtering, malware protection, and data loss prevention measures.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Exchange with other enterprise systems and cloud services.
• Perform regular backups, disaster recovery planning, and system updates to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and IT staff regarding email functionalities and best practices.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports for continuous improvement.

Years of Experience Required and Salary Range:

Minimum is 5 to 8 years of Experience: $180,000 per year range

Minimum 8 to 12 years of Experience: $180,000 - $218,000 per year range

Minimum (8 to 12 years of experience (with extensive strategic experience): $200,000 - $250,000 per year range

Pay: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
