Role - Manager - Travel Operations

Job Location: Client Location, Mumbai

1. Manage and maintain relations with the corporates by providing quality service as defined by the organization

2. Achieve defined targets as set by the business

3. Role would require to acts as a client relationship manager

4. Weekly corporate visit needs to be done

5. Business review monthly / quarterly / annually

6. Managing client escalation on real time and providing them appropriate solutions

7. Manage and coordinate with Airline team to get the best deal for corporate tie up

8. Ensure the deal mastering is done correctly to ensure effective tracking

9. Ensure all supporting documents are uploaded in iBook without any miss

10. Drive PLB carrier sales with the team

11. Ensure NIL pendency beyond 48 hours

12. Ensure no WIC ageing beyond 48 hours

13. Accurate submission of invoices or any payments by supporting credit control team

14. On time collection - meeting with corporate

15. Cross selling of other travel related product

16. Achieve monthly and yearly target as defined by the business

17. Managing the team’s daily activities.

18. Cross-training existing employees to maximize team agility, performance, and productivity
