Job Summary

We are seeking a Documentation Executive with experience in logistics and shipping operations to handle inward and outward documentation processes, shipment coordination, and record maintenance efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain inward and outward logistics documents.
• Handle shipping documentation, invoices, delivery challans, E-way bills, and transport records.
• Coordinate with transporters, warehouse, customers, and operations teams for shipment movement.
• Verify shipment details and ensure proper documentation before dispatch.
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials in the system.
• Follow up for pending documents and ensure timely submission.
• Support CHA and logistics operations with documentation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics standards.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of logistics, shipping, and documentation processes.
• Basic understanding of inward and outward material handling.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Logistics / Shipping / Warehouse industry preferred.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
