As the Manager Warehouse & Logistics Operations, your role is to oversee warehouse management and last-mile distribution operations across PAN India. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient storage, cost-effective logistics, and seamless servicing of stores in both ambient and temperature-controlled supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage warehouse operations across multiple locations and temperature-controlled environments.

Oversee last-mile logistics and store replenishment activities across PAN India.

Drive reduction in warehouse and logistics costs while ensuring high service levels.

Maintain stock variance within defined thresholds and implement strong inventory controls.

Optimize pallet utilization, storage layout, and warehouse space efficiency.

Monitor logistics SLAs, delivery timelines, and transportation performance.

Coordinate with 3PL partners and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure compliance with storage, handling, and safety standards.
