Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist (Creator + Manager) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for both creating and managing content across key social platforms for in-house and select client brands. This role involves planning and executing social media calendars, producing and scripting short-form video content, coordinating shoots, and collaborating closely with designers, editors, and founders to maintain a cohesive brand narrative. The specialist will monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and refine social strategies to drive engagement, growth, and cultural relevance. Daily tasks include community management, timely responses to audience interactions, and close coordination with the broader marketing team to align social output with brand and campaign objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with hands-on experience managing brand accounts across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing fundamentals, including audience targeting, funnel awareness, and performance-focused campaign execution.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to translate brand strategy into clear, compelling copy, scripts, and on-brand messaging.
• Proficiency in planning and producing short-form video content (basic shooting and directing; familiarity with editing tools is a plus).
• Ability to interpret social media analytics and derive actionable insights to optimize content and posting strategies.
• Experience working with creators, influencers, or talent is preferred, including coordination, briefing, and content review.
• Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of premium, culture-led brands; portfolio or examples of prior work are highly desirable.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in a similar role.
• Capacity to work on-site full time in Noida, collaborate in a small, fast-moving team, and manage multiple projects with tight turnarounds.
