Role Overview:
As an e-Business Analyst III at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a crucial role in contributing to digital transformation and customer engagement. Your main responsibilities will include leading digital marketing initiatives, analyzing customer behavior, and optimizing the online presence across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage digital marketing campaigns and optimize web content
- Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement across e-commerce platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices in SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and digital analytics
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies
- Handle multiple concurrent projects with strong project management skills
- Provide actionable insights by analyzing marketing metrics and performance tracking
- Stay updated on current digital marketing trends and best practices
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for successful project execution
Qualifications Required:
- Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related field
- Preferred Fields of Study: Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- Digital Marketing, Analytics, or e-Commerce certifications preferred
- Advanced proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI
- Expert knowledge of SEO/SEM/AEO principles and marketing automation tools
- Strong experience with content management systems like AEM, WordPress, and marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Salesforce
- Proven track record in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools for performance tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
- Experience with budget management and ROI analysis
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Fluent English required; additional language skills valued
