Role Overview
We’re looking for a style-savvy Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, lead the team, and manage store operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales through customer engagement, styling, and product knowledge
- Achieve store KPIs and lead team performance
- Build customer relationships and drive repeat business
- Manage store operations, inventory, and POS accuracy
- Handle reporting (sales & stock) and ensure SOP compliance
- Coach team members and maintain high service standards
- Act as a brand ambassador and support marketing initiatives
Requirements
- 2–3 years in premium fashion/jewelry retail
- Experience managing teams and store KPIs
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for styling and customer experience
- Knowledge of POS systems and local market
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
