Role Overview

We’re looking for a style-savvy Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, lead the team, and manage store operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales through customer engagement, styling, and product knowledge
• Achieve store KPIs and lead team performance
• Build customer relationships and drive repeat business
• Manage store operations, inventory, and POS accuracy
• Handle reporting (sales & stock) and ensure SOP compliance
• Coach team members and maintain high service standards
• Act as a brand ambassador and support marketing initiatives

Requirements

• 2–3 years in premium fashion/jewelry retail
• Experience managing teams and store KPIs
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for styling and customer experience
• Knowledge of POS systems and local market

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
