Location: Muncy, PA

Schedule: Full‑Time | 1st Shift (6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.)

Pay: $24. per hour (based on experience)

Critical Requirement

✅ Applicants MUST be knowledgeable in freight and logistics codes.

This role requires a strong working understanding of freight classifications, logistics codes, and related shipping requirements. Candidates without this knowledge may not be considered.

Job Requirements:

· Knowledge of logistics operations, Incoterms, and export shipping documentation is preferred.

· Be responsible for receiving, unloading, and storing materials received.

· Operate all mobile material handling equipment to load and unload trucks, lift, move, and position materials as required.

· You must be capable of identifying material received to be sure it is complete and conforms to the purchase order. Visually inspect goods received for damage from handling and transit, and process damage reports.

· Must mark materials received with part number, code number, etc. Deliver materials to the required area and assist in keeping the stockroom in a neat and orderly condition, to not impede future arrival of materials.

· Assist with the Inventory Control by proper storage and removal of materials.

· Perform various assigned duties having to do with the preparation, expediting and dispatching of shipments. Check products to be shipped against the shipping order to insure proper amounts, identification, and correct materials.

· Fabricate crates, skids, boxes, etc. for safe transportation of domestic and/or export shipments, check shipping instructions for proper shipping location and any special shipping requirements.

· Must be able to use a measuring scale, weighing scales, and perform required operations of entry of ERP Software on a computer.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Vocational or high school graduate preferred plus appropriate training required to obtain general knowledge of carpentry and computer applications. Applicants will be evaluated based on education and work experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

· This job operates in an industrial manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses hand tools, power tools, and various shop machinery as required.

· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. The employee must be available during the first shift work hours of 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Expected to work eight (8) hours a day and forty (40) hours a week to maintain full-time status. Occasional overtime work will be required as job duties demand.
