As a Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager at our leading apparel export house in Noida, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions in alignment with the industry standards and compliance requirements. Your role will involve:

• Leading end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit management.
• Developing and implementing HR strategies that are closely aligned with the business objectives.
• Managing manpower planning for both the factory and corporate teams.
• Handling payroll coordination, attendance management, and statutory compliances effectively.
• Ensuring smooth implementation of labor laws and HR policies to maintain compliance.
• Overseeing performance management systems and effectively handling employee grievance.
• Maintaining strong industrial relations and managing the factory workforce efficiently.
• Driving employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies to create a positive work environment.
• Coordinating internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.

As a qualified candidate for this role, you should possess:

• 5+ years of HR experience in an Apparel Export / Garment Manufacturing Company.
• Strong knowledge of SEDEX and social compliance standards.
• In-depth understanding of Indian labor laws and factory compliance.
• Experience in managing a large factory workforce.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant qualification would be preferred.
