Overview
The Way is a gospel-centered, multi-cultural, multi-generational church committed to transforming our community by the POWER of the Gospel. We are currently seeking a passionate and spiritually mature Praise & Worship Musician to help lead our congregation in heartfelt worship each week.
We are praying for someone who can provide strong musical leadership, help cultivate excellence, and serve alongside our church family in creating a worshipful, Christ-centered atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Lead praise and worship during Sunday services
- Participate in weekly rehearsals with the worship team
- Help cultivate a worshipful and Christ-centered atmosphere
- Work alongside church leadership and musicians
- Preferably able to play keyboard while singing
- Assist with song selection and worship flow
Qualifications
- Strong singing ability and stage presence
- Ability to lead a congregation confidently and spiritually
- Preferably able to play keyboard/piano
- Team-oriented, dependable, and teachable
- Agreement with a gospel-centered church environment
- Previous worship ministry experience preferred
Schedule:
- Sunday mornings
- Weekly rehearsal (typically evenings)

Compensation available and based on experience.
