Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Food Server, based in Jaipur with opportunities for partial remote work. The Food Server will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean dining environment. Additional responsibilities include assisting with food preparation, providing information about menu items, and upholding hospitality standards. The role also emphasizes creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.
• Food & Beverage knowledge with experience in Food Service operations.
• Basic Cooking skills or familiarity with food preparation is a plus.
• A team-oriented mindset and ability to multitask efficiently during busy service hours.
• Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
• Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not mandatory.
