Job Summary
As an Sales Consultant, you will be the strategic owner of client accounts, ensuring long-term success and revenue growth. You will serve as a consultative advisor, building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding top tier accounts through cross-selling and upselling. You are expected to identify opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring Vomela’s solutions continue to meet evolving customer needs.
Location: Delta, British Columbia, Canada area
Key Responsibilities
Account Ownership & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned, top tier client accounts, ensuring seamless transition for new logos (if applicable).
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a strategic consultant.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, challenges, and business objectives.
- Provide proactive recommendations, introducing new solutions that add value and drive engagement.
- Have a deep understanding of select Vomela end-market.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by delivering top-notch service and innovative printing solutions.
Sales Growth, Cross-Selling & Upselling
- Identify need to bring in additional Vomela expertise and specialist resources to for ongoing account expansion.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand account value.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to uncover unmet needs.
- Strategically introduce new products, services, and solutions that align with client goals (bringing in specialists as needed).
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operation teams to optimize client offerings.
- Negotiate contract renewals and expansion deals, ensuring continued success and profitability.
Hunt for Additional Opportunities
- Continuously analyze accounts for new business opportunities, leveraging industry insights and customer feedback.
- Identify potential referrals, partnerships, and expansions within both new and existing accounts.
- Grow your portfolio by acquiring new customers, while serving existing business
- Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend innovative printing solutions that differentiate Vomela.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Sales preferred; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, consultative sales, or B2B client relations.
- Strong understanding of large-format printing, custom graphics, and production processes a plus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling.
- Self-motivated, with a strategic mindset and proactive approach to account management.
- Proficiency in SFDC and Hubspot software for tracking leads and managing pipeline.
- A consultative and professional approach to engaging with customers.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstance.

- Pay Range:
CAD $80,000 - $105,000 with uncapped variable commission
