UpLift acts as the bridge between patient, provider, and insurer — empowering patients to find the best care for their needs at a price they can afford.</p> <p><strong>Why Join UpLift</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Estimated Effective Hourly Earnings*:</strong><strong><em> </em></strong>Earnings between $119 to $242 per hour is based on a 60-minute session assumption that includes a combination of patient visits and hourly equivalent CPT codes. <strong>Compensation for CPT codes can vary based on clinician’s license and state of licensure.&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></li> <li><strong>Expand access to care:</strong> Provide psychiatric services to individuals who otherwise may not have access to mental healthcare.</li> <li><strong>Collaborative model:</strong> Work hand-in-hand with UpLift’s network of licensed therapists to deliver world-class, evidence-based care.</li> <li><strong>All-in-one virtual platform:</strong> Focus on your patients — UpLift handles credentialing, enrollment, and platform operations.</li> <li><strong>Work from anywhere:</strong> This role is 100% remote, with care delivered via UpLift’s purpose-built telemedicine platform.</li> <li><strong>Flexible commitment:</strong> Part-time, 1099 contract position</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct video consultations and message with patients via telemedicine.</li> <li>Assess, screen, diagnose, and prescribe medication as clinically appropriate.</li> <li>Coordinate treatment planning and care delivery with UpLift’s network of therapists.</li> <li>Provide empathetic, high-quality care and uphold UpLift’s clinical and service standards.</li> <li>Share product and workflow feedback with UpLift’s engineering and operations teams to help improve care delivery.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>At least one year of experience</strong> as a licensed Psychiatrist.</li> <li>Active medical license in good standing.</li> <li>Comfortable prescribing medication when clinically appropriate and permitted by state law.</li> <li>Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver virtual care.</li> <li>Previous telemedicine experience is a plus.</li> <li>Multiple state licenses and fluency in additional languages are strong advantages.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Important to Know</strong></p> <ul> <li>This is a part-time, contract (1099) position — not a salaried employee role.</li> <li>UpLift will credential and enroll you with multiple health plans to expand access to insured patients.</li> <li>All care is delivered remotely through UpLift’s telehealth platform.</li> <li>All clinical decisions are made independently by licensed providers in accordance with state telehealth laws and professional standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>License/Certification:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Medical License (Preferred)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location:</strong></p> <ul> <li>United States (Required)</li> <li>Work Location: Remote</li> </ul> <p><br><em>*Estimated effective hourly earnings are for </em><strong><em>licensed Psychiatrists </em></strong><em>and are</em><strong><em> illustrative estimates</em></strong><em> derived from modeled assumptions, not a guaranteed hourly rate, wage, or salary.
