Job Description: Department Overview: The department provides material, equipment, and supply management by overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution, inventory control, and service delivery. The team also supports operational analytics, reporting, process improvement, and project execution to inform leadership decisions and strengthen overall performance. This role leads warehouse teams across North America to meet fulfillment targets, maintain operational standards, and deliver reliable KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Lead warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, distribution, maintenance, and inventory control across North America. Own and optimize ServiceNow IT Asset Management processes (requests, tasks, incidents, fulfillment workflows). Coordinate warehouse resources to meet quality, fulfillment, documentation, and business objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time across operations. Ensure audit readiness, including asset tracking, reconciliation, documentation, and control adherence. Establish and monitor KPIs (inventory accuracy, fulfillment SLAs, aging stock, turnaround time). Support ServiceNow transformation initiatives, including catalog design and workflow automation. Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement changes that increase efficiency and service quality. Enforce operational, safety, security, hygiene, and compliance standards, including regular inspections and staff training. Maintain inventory accuracy through physical counts, reconciliation, stock control, and reporting. Plan space utilization, equipment maintenance, repairs, and replacement needs to support effective warehouse operations. Prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and take corrective action as required. Recruit, train, coach, assign work, and evaluate warehouse staff to support performance and accountability. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport partners to ensure service expectations are met. Produce regular operational reports and use feedback to monitor and improve service delivery. Job Requirements Working knowledge of ServiceNow and proven work experience as a warehouse manager. Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices. Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives. Strong knowledge of warehousing key performance indicators (KPIs). Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases. Leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop staff. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration. Experience with supervision, budget development, and safety management. Ability to develop standards, manage processes, and maintain inventory control. Strong reporting, analytical, equipment maintenance, and judgment skills. Skills and Qualifications Minimum 2 Year in one of the following fields Information Technology, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Logistics / Operations Management or Business Administration 4–8+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or IT Asset Management. CompTIA A+ Certification Strong experience with ServiceNow ITAM or similar systems. Proven ability to lead operational teams and large-scale process improvements. Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse KPIs, and audit/compliance practices. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in regulated environments (financial services preferred).
