Job Description: Join a dynamic team focused on enhancing colleague well-being. As part of the Retirement, Benefits & Well-being (RBW) team within Total Rewards, you will support programs that help colleagues stay physically, mentally, financially, and socially well. Role Overview In this role, you will provide day-to-day support for workplace accommodations and ergonomic needs. You will handle more complex requests, give guidance to colleagues and managers, and help improve how the program works. You will also work with internal partners and external vendors to make sure requests are handled accurately, on time, and in a consistent way. Key Responsibilities 1. Colleague and Manager Support Respond to questions about workplace accommodation and how to request support Review and manage requests from a shared inbox or case system Provide clear, practical guidance to colleagues and managers Escalate complex or sensitive issues when needed 2. Case Management and Coordination Review new requests and decide on the next steps based on established guidelines Handle more complex or non-standard cases from start to finish Work with partners (e.g., HR, Legal, vendors) to resolve cases Keep records accurate, complete, and confidential 3. Ergonomic Support Review requests for ergonomic support (e.g., workstation setup) Direct colleagues to self-serve tools where appropriate Coordinate assessments or equipment for more complex needs Support solutions such as workspace changes or assistive tools 4. Process and Program Support Follow policies, processes, and service standards Identify issues or gaps and suggest improvements Help update procedures and support new ways of working Provide guidance and share knowledge with team members when needed What You Bring Post-secondary education in HR, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Education or experience in occupational health, ergonomics, or disability management is an asset Experience supporting HR programs or handling colleague requests Ability to manage a high volume of work and competing priorities Strong attention to detail and ability to keep information accurate Clear and professional communication skills, with a supportive approach Ability to handle sensitive information with care and discretion Experience working with multiple partners to solve problems Comfort using tools like Microsoft Office and case management systems What Success Looks Like in This Role You handle both routine and complex requests with accuracy and care You use good judgment to decide when to resolve, guide, or escalate You provide clear, helpful advice to colleagues and managers You identify ways to improve processes and the colleague experience Who We Are: TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
