As an Associate Creative Manager, you will play a crucial role as a hands-on senior creative leader. You will be responsible for guiding and growing the creative team, contributing directly to critical design work, major campaigns, brand identity development, and visual problem-solving. - Elevating strategic creative thinking by connecting consumer insights, performance data, and brand objectives.
- Providing strong creative direction to a team of 6-8 designers while delivering high-impact work personally where needed.
- Guiding Lead Designers and junior creatives through structured feedback, 1:1s, and performance development.
- Managing daily creative flow by assigning briefs, setting expectations, and unlocking challenges.
- Setting and upholding quality benchmarks for all deliverables across digital, packaging, retail, and motion.
- Pioneering advanced AI workflows to improve creative velocity, ideation depth, and production agility.
- Acting as the primary creative interface for cross-functional teams and translating business goals into clear creative direction.
- Partnering with marketing and performance teams to understand what drives engagement, conversion, and brand lift.
