Hiring: Personal Assistant to Aspiring Founder Satyabrat Parida
Work Location: Kanpur City , Work Type: Hybrid
We are looking for a highly organized, adaptable, and execution-focused Personal Assistant to work directly with the Founder and assist in operations, communication, coordination, research, and workflow management.
Trial Period: Half-Day to Full-Day Assessment (Unpaid) Selected candidates will move to the paid phase.
Compensation
Structure: Initial Stipend (Phase 1): ₹1,000–₹7,000/month After Performance Review & Business Registration (Phase 2): ₹12,000–₹25,000/month Performance-based growth opportunities and long-term role expansion
Eligibility: MBA, PGDM, MSW, MA in Personal Management, or equivalent qualification
We are looking for someone who is: Organized and detail-oriented Strong in communication Tech-savvy and dependable Ready to learn, adapt, and grow
