Responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout the entire buying, selling, or leasing process by providing expert guidance and support
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and market tours to showcase listings effectively
• Negotiate offers and contracts to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining transparency and professionalism
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels including social media, online platforms, and local advertising
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, and transaction documentation using real estate administrative tools
• Stay informed about current market trends, local laws including real estate law, and competitive listings to provide accurate advice
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions promptly and building lasting relationships

Skills

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and ethically
• Knowledge of real estate law to ensure compliance throughout transactions
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication skills for engaging clients, negotiating deals, and collaborating with team members
• Creative marketing skills to craft compelling property listings and outreach campaigns
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions efficiently
• Previous real estate administrative experience is highly desirable for smooth workflow management

Pay: $68,600.16 - $116,268.16 per year
