Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation and baking of a wide variety of bakery products (bread, rolls, cakes, pastries, desserts, etc.)
  • Follow standardized recipes and production schedules
  • Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
  • Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in requisition of ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery section
  • Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products
  • Adhere to food safety standards (HACCP guidelines)
  • Assist in minimizing wastage and controlling costs
  • Coordinate with other kitchen sections when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
