Job Description
- Assist in the preparation and baking of a wide variety of bakery products (bread, rolls, cakes, pastries, desserts, etc.)
- Follow standardized recipes and production schedules
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
- Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations
- Monitor stock levels and assist in requisition of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery section
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products
- Adhere to food safety standards (HACCP guidelines)
- Assist in minimizing wastage and controlling costs
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
