Commission-Based Sales Representative (Remote – Web Services)

We are The North Developers Inc., a web development company helping small businesses launch professional, conversion-focused websites.

We are looking for a Sales Representative to promote and sell our website service plans to small businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs.

This is a commission-only role with strong earning potential for driven individuals.

What You’ll Sell

• Website service plans
• Managed website solutions
• E-commerce website services

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients (local businesses, startups)
• Pitch our service plans via calls, email, or social platforms
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Close deals and pass clients to onboarding
• Follow up with leads when required

Requirements

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with outreach and closing
• Self-motivated and disciplined (remote work)
• Basic understanding of websites/digital services (preferred)
• Sales experience is a plus

Compensation

• 100% commission-based
• High commission per sale
• No earning cap
