Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support through phone interactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service expertise and contribute to a positive client experience.
In the role of Data Entry you will:
- Enter, update, and verify data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information
- Organize and file digital and paper records as needed
- Generate simple reports or summaries when requested
- Follow established data entry procedures and quality standards
- Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned
In the role of Customer Service Representative you will:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer, vendor calls
- log all calls into database
- Provide a high level of customer service
Requirements/ SKILLS
- Bilingual (English / French ) an asset
- Previous office, clerical or data entry experience is an asset
- Previous call center experience is an asset
- basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft suite of products
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- good typing and keyboarding skills
