The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and technically capable Microsoft Intune Automation Engineer to join our growing Support Engineering team in Pune, India.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to deepen their technical expertise while delivering an outstanding service experience to clients. You will work closely with colleagues and clients, solving complex technical challenges in Microsoft Modern workplace infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting and managing modern endpoint environments.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of endpoint management using automation.
- Create, package and deploy applications using Microsoft Intune.
- Innovate ways to maintain and update packages across various client endpoints.
- Enable seamless device provisioning and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve scripts, deployment and endpoint issues.
- Support and enhance Windows Autopilot deployments.
Requirements
Your technical expertise
You’ll bring strong hands-on experience with:
- Strong experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
- Good understanding of Windows registry and troubleshooting
- Experience in application packaging (MSI, EXE, MSIX)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API / REST APIs
- Configure and optimise Intune Enrollment Status Page (ESP)
- Improve Autopilot setup (user-driven and pre-provisioning as required)
Desirable skills and experience

- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Experience with troubleshooting Windows OS issues
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and endpoint security controls
- Experience using Microsoft Graph API for advanced automation use cases
- Understanding of Conditional Access policies and identity-based security
- Experience with Git / version control for managing scripts and packages
- Exposure to Azure Automation / Runbooks
- Exposure to Endpoint Analytics and reporting in Intune
