Assistant Bartender

Supporting the main bartender by stocking the bar with supplies like liquor, ice, and glassware, maintaining cleanliness, and helping with drink preparation, especially during busy periods. This entry-level role is crucial for ensuring efficient bar operations and a positive customer experience through tasks like washing glasses, preparing garnishes, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities

• Stocking and organization: Replenish bar supplies such as alcohol, mixers, and ice to ensure the bartender has everything needed.
• Cleaning and maintenance: Keep the bar area, including counters, glassware, and equipment, clean and organized to meet health and safety standards.
• Customer service: Assist customers with their orders, check identification, and deliver drinks and food to tables when necessary.
• Drink preparation: Help the bartender by measuring ingredients, pouring drinks, mixing simple cocktails, and preparing garnishes.
• Cash handling: Process payments, handle cash, and complete cashier reports at the end of a shift.
• Inventory management: Assist with tracking inventory, logging alcohol usage, and helping with closing duties Prefered Person with own accommodation.
