Job Description
We're not looking for someone who waits for leads.
We're looking for someone who hunts.
The Laundry Brothers is a fast-growing commercial laundry service in Greater Vancouver.
We handle towels, linens, uniforms, and dry cleaning for clinics, gyms, hotels, restaurants,
and wellness businesses. We already have the operations, the routes, and the clients.
Now we're adding a dedicated outside sales rep to conquer new territory.
YOUR JOB:
Walk into businesses. Talk to decision-makers. Show them why we're better. Sign them up.
That's it. You don't deliver. You don't drive routes. You sell.
WHO WINS HERE:

COMPENSATION
- $50,000–$60,000 base salary
- Commission on every account signed
- Ongoing residual income on your portfolio
- Quarterly bonuses for hitting MRR targets
- Cluster bonuses for route density wins
- OTE: $85,000–$95,000 Year 1
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years B2B field or door-to-door sales experience
- Comfortable walking into cold businesses without an appointment
- Valid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle
- CRM discipline (we use Close)
- Competitive, self-motivated, organized
ASSETS (not required, will accelerate your path):
- Experience at Cintas, Alsco, UniFirst, Aramark, or ADP
- Experience selling to medical/wellness/hospitality verticals
- Existing Vancouver relationships in commercial spaces
