The Lake Dealerships is a three-store automotive dealership located in the heart of Lewistown. We have been family-owned and operated for over 30 years. We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented person to join our Business Development Team at the Lake Auto Dealerships in Lewistown, PA. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will assist us in engaging with our past, current, and future customers via telephone, text, and email.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

  • The Architect of First Impressions: You aren't just answering phones; you are the voice of Lake Auto. You will set the tone for the entire customer journey, turning curious shoppers into lifelong clients through high-energy, professional interactions.
  • Master of the "Modern Sale": Today’s customers start their journey online. You will nurture inbound leads through phone, text, and email, guiding them through our proven follow-up process. Your goal is simple: build enough value and rapport to get them through our doors.
  • The Multi-Channel Multi-Tasker: You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two hours are the same. You will be the central hub of communication, managing inquiries across multiple platforms with speed, accuracy, and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Customer Advocate & Problem Solver: No two customers have the same needs. You’ll use your adaptability and active listening skills to provide tailored solutions, ensuring every person you speak with feels heard, valued, and prioritized.

  • A Professional Communicator: You know the difference between a casual text to a friend and a professional text to a client. Your written and verbal communication is sharp, clear, and engaging.

Work Location: In person

Shift:

  • 10 hour shift, two per week (8am – 7pm)
  • 8 hour shift, three per week (8am – 5pm)
  • Monday through Friday

Two week schedule rotation:

  • Week 1

Monday 8 – 5

Tuesday 8 – 7

Wedesday 8 – 5

Thursday 8 – 7

Friday 8 – 5
