Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Founding Account Executive who can own the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from discovery to deal closure. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can translate complex solutions into clear business value.

You will work directly with leadership to shape our go-to-market motion, refine positioning, and build a predictable revenue pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, and closing
  • Engage with decision-makers to understand business challenges and align solutions
  • Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and value-based conversations
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, pricing, and offerings
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, tech services, or digital solutions preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing mid-to-high value deals
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions in business terms
  • Self-starter with high ownership and accountability
  • Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments is a strong advantage
