Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bhopal for a Bartender. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring that all guests have an excellent dining and social experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with customers, managing bar operations, maintaining cleanliness, and handling cash transactions. The candidate will also ensure adherence to health and safety regulations while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide exceptional guest experiences and handle inquiries effectively
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage preparation, with the ability to recommend drinks and adhere to high-quality standards
• Proficiency in Cash Handling and transaction operations
• Experience in Bartending, including mixing and serving drinks efficiently and responsibly
• Ability to work in a team, maintain cleanliness, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
