Store Sales Manager – The Fragrance Studio
Location: Wanowrie, Pune
Are you confident, well-spoken, and passionate about sales and customer experience?

The Fragrance Studio is looking for a Store Sales Manager who can independently manage the store and drive sales growth.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a hands-on retail sales role. You will oversee daily operations, engage with customers, and actively contribute to sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔ Manage day-to-day store operations
✔ Sell products confidently and responsibly
✔ Deliver a warm, premium customer experience
✔ Handle billing, UPI & cash reconciliation
✔ Maintain inventory, displays, and store hygiene
✔ Build repeat customers through relationships
✔ Participate in events and promotions to boost sales
WHO CAN APPLY
✔ Experience in retail sales (perfume / lifestyle / apparel preferred)
✔ Strong communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi)
✔ Sales-driven, presentable, and dependable
