Emergency Medical Firefighter in Alberta

Primco Dene EMS is hiring Casual Emergency Medical Paramedics/Firefighters in Jasper, Alberta. The role entails providing critical medical and fire support at remote locations across Western Canada.

As a qualified candidate, you will work in a casual capacity on a one-week-on, one-week-off rotation, conducting 12-hour shifts. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt emergency medical responses
• Operate firefighting equipment as needed
• Complete NFPA certification requirements
• Participate in ongoing skills training
• Work effectively in diverse emergency scenarios

Requirements

• Current NFPA 1001 Level 1 & 2 certification
• Alberta Driver's License Class 3/4
• Valid PCP or EMR certification with Alberta College
• ICS 100 certification completion
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
