Assistant Manager, Demand Planning & Import Documentation

As an Assistant Manager - Demand Planning at HOLISTIQUE Beauty, you will play a crucial role in managing demand forecasting, inventory planning, and transfer orders across various channels to ensure optimal stock availability, high fill rates, and healthy inventory levels.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage demand planning and replenishment for B2B and B2C channels.
• Possess knowledge of Import clearance and documentation.
• Coordinate carriers and handle shelf life-based products inventory planning.
• Maintain optimal warehouse inventory and DIO levels.
• Plan and track Transfer Orders (TOs) within warehouses, FBA locations, and retail stores.
• Track RTO, GRN, and reconcile stock with ERP systems.
• Ensure efficient stocking at satellite warehouses to meet channel fill-rate targets.
• Manage kitting requirements and ensure warehouse readiness for launches and promotions.
• *Key Skills:**
• Proficiency in demand planning & inventory management in FMCG / Beauty / D2C sectors.
• Strong understanding of FBA and marketplace operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Business Central, and Excel.
• Excellent analytical and cross-functional coordination skills.
• *Qualification & Experience:**
• Graduation in Supply Chain / Operations / Business or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in demand planning or supply chain.
• Proficiency in Excel and demand planning.
