Job Description

We’re looking for a service-oriented Anesthesiologist to join the team at HCA Southeast Houston in Pasadena, TX.  Located within the greater Houston metro area, HCA Southeast Houston is a multi-specialty hospital that offers a broad scope of medical services. Position Highlights <ul> <li>550K 1099 for 39 weeks of service, 13 weeks off per year plus Post Call Off for a total of 195 days off a year!</li> <li>This role is primarily for the OR. OB has a 24/7 dedicated team (at times, may have to provide OB backup or CRNA Supervision for OB services)</li> <li>Level III trauma center with acute case types Neuro, General, GI, Ortho, gynecology, Urology, Radiology, Vascular, etc</li> <li>Four physician rotation, with the following monthly cadence: <ul> <li>5 primary weekday call shifts (12h day followed by 12h call from home) per month with post call day off</li> <li>5-day shifts (8-hour day) per month</li> <li>2 primary weekend call shifts (24h shift from home) per month</li> <li>2 secondary weekend call shifts (24h shift from home) per month</li> <li>1 week completely off per month</li> <li style="font-weight: bold;">POST CALL DAY IS OFF!</li> </ul> </li> <li>Collaborative environment with 8 Physicians and 11 CRNA's</li> <li>Malpractice and tail coverage provided</li> <li>Sign on bonus available</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>Board Certified or Board Eligible</li> <li>Recent experience in a level III trauma facility or above (within one year)</li> <li>Proficiency in managing patients undergoing neurosurgery</li> </ul> What We Offer <ul> <li>550K 1099</li> <li>13 weeks off per year + post call!</li> <li>Ability to pick up additional shifts in OB or OR for additional compensation</li> <li>Access to group benefits through preferred partnerships</li> <li>Paid Malpractice + tail</li> <li>Support from our Corporate Clinical Leaders</li> </ul> About Pasadena, TX <ul> <li>As part of the Houston/Woodlands/Sugar Land metropolitan area – It is conveniently located to every amenity you might want or need!</li> <li>Located 20-30 minutes away from two major airports</li> </ul> About Us: Essential Anesthesia Management, a partnership between YPS and EmergencHealth, is a clinician-founded, clinician-led anesthesia management company striving to deliver the highest quality anesthesia care to both patients and hospitals alike.
