Knowledge of: o ICD-10, CPT coding o Claims (CMS-1500, UB-04), Positive communication skills , Kareo, Advanced MD, Athena Health, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, and Epic, Excel / Google Sheets, CRM / Task tools (Slack, Trello, etc.), Dental Billing , expert billing for Mental Health, Chiropractic, Dermatology, Physical Therapy, Cardiology, Orthopaedic, Podiatry, Urgent Care, Anaesthesia, Radiology, Gastroenterology, Oncology, Urology, Nephrology, Laboratory services with support in DME/HME billing, Home Healthcare, Hospice billing, and Medical Credentialing Services.
