About the Opportunity
The Centurion Group at TTR Sotheby's International Realty is seeking a motivated, entry-level real estate professional to join a dynamic team in a dual-role capacity: residential sales agent and staging operations lead. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to build your real estate career while growing into a leadership role within a dedicated staging business — with twelve condominium units to sell and a fully furnished staging inventory ready to deploy.
Role Overview
You will serve as both a licensed real estate agent and the on-site operations lead for a twelve-unit condominium building. Your primary objective is to sell all twelve units within six months while managing the full lifecycle of our staging furniture and furnishings inventory across up to ten units at a time.
Sales Responsibilities
- Represent and sell all twelve condominium units with a target close-out within six months
- Conduct buyer showings, open houses, and scheduled unit tours
- Coordinate contract execution, inspections, and closing logistics
- Maintain unit cleanliness and presentation standards at all times
- Manage repair and maintenance coordination with vendors and building management
- Earn a percentage of the listing commission on each closed transaction
Staging Operations Responsibilities
- Manage and account for approximately ten units worth of staging furniture and furnishings
- Track all staging assets including furniture pieces, decor, and accessories
- Coordinate staging installation and breakdown across active units
- Maintain an accurate inventory ledger for all staging pieces
- Ensure staging quality meets luxury market presentation standards
- Develop systems and processes that scale into a standalone staging business
Career Growth Path
High performers in this role will be first in line for the following advancement:
- Operations Officer — Centurion Staging (standalone business entity to be formed after the completed sale of this particular building)
- Expanded listing commission percentage tied to sales performance
- Integration into the Centurion Group's luxury and multi-family transaction pipeline
- Leadership role in building and managing a growing team of staging coordinators
What We're Looking For
- Active DC, Maryland, or Virginia real estate license (VA needed immediately)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and asset management capability - High AGENCY
- Self-starter with reliable transportation and schedule flexibility - MUST own a CAR
- Strong interpersonal skills — comfortable with buyers, vendors, and building management
- Interest in interior design, home staging, or luxury real estate presentation is a plus
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves: this role is hands-on.
- COLLEGE DEGREE or a verifiable rigorous employment history NON-NEGOTIABLE
Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
