Job Summary

Looking for a senior finance leader to manage end-to-end finance, accounting, compliance, and banking operations. The role requires strong experience in financial governance, IPO readiness, project financing, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to drive financial strategy and support business growth.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Accounting & Financial Management
• Expertise in Banking, Project Financing, and Working Capital Management
• Experience in IPO / Pre-IPO processes
• Strong knowledge of Compliance, ROC, MCA regulations
• Hands-on with Financial Reporting, MIS, Budgeting, Forecasting
• Experience in Audits (Statutory & Internal)
• Strong understanding of Contracts, Costing, Tendering

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead accounting operations, ensure accuracy, reconciliations, and strong internal controls
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, BGs, working capital, and loans
• Drive financial reporting, MIS, and management dashboards
• Handle statutory compliance, audits (internal & external), ROC filings, and regulatory requirements
• Lead IPO / Pre-IPO readiness, including coordination with merchant bankers and due diligence
• Support project financing, CMA data, financial models, and feasibility reports
• Oversee tender costing, budgeting, and financial evaluation
• Review contracts, OEM agreements, and identify financial risks
