As a Product Manager at Ralph Lauren Corporation, you will be based in Bangalore, India, and join the Global Product Management & User Research team. Your main responsibility will be to strategize, roadmap, and optimize key digital products and capabilities for Ralph Lauren's global digital business. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver revenue-generating, best-in-class user experiences, focusing on end-of-the-funnel capabilities such as Checkout, shipment & fulfillment. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand business and customer needs, manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product vision and direction for end-of-the-funnel capabilities such as Checkout and shipment & fulfillment.
- Manage a robust backlog of ideas and the product roadmap, collaborating with project management and global business and marketing teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between commercial business owners, user experience partners, and the technical team throughout all project phases.
- Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects, Developers, Analysts, and Project Managers to define detailed requirements and deliver high-quality products.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to analyze performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure end users have the training and documentation required to efficiently manage new features.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Ralph Lauren's customers and business while staying informed about competitive products and industry trends.
Qualifications Required:
- 8-10 years of prior product management experience with a strong understanding of Frontend & Backend eCommerce platforms and UX/CX.
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities with experience analyzing customer and business results.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, backlog management applications (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and AI-based automation tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously across regions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with partners.
- Comfortable working in a highly matrixed, iterative development environment and balancing collaboration and advocacy.
