Location: Washington, DC

Target Salary Range*: $40,000-$42,000

• This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salary

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, and support of new Windows based computer systems.
• Install Image and software on laptops and workstation
• Prepare the computers for deployments and support the deployment activities
• Assist with the installation and support of computer systems and peripherals. Coordinates with Management for inventory, hardware orders, equipment movement, and shipping needs.
• Assist in assuring that work products comply with established deliverable guidelines including format and content.
• Assist in the development of documentation based on the customer's processes.
• Travel to customer sites and perform deployment activities to include, site surveys, installs hardware, install software, remove hardware, check hardware for shipment etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

• HS + 2 Years of experience in Information Technology

Experience

• Deploying/Installing Hardware, Software, Workstations, monitors, etc.
• Working hands-on with IT equipment and inventory

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrating sound judgement, initiative, and effective decision making.
• Skilled with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Certifications

• Must have active interim Secret of above

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel outside the country up to 60% of the tine.
