About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Massage Therapist (2+ years) to join our team as Second-in-Command. The ideal candidate will be skilled in a range of massage techniques, support daily operations, and maintain the highest standards of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional massage treatments tailored to client needs.
- Maintain a clean, relaxing, and organized treatment environment.
- Support the Lead Therapist or Spa Manager with scheduling and operations.
- Guide and mentor junior therapists when required.
- Ensure consistent quality, hygiene, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a spa, resort, or wellness environment.
- Certified in massage therapy.
- Strong sense of hygiene, cleanliness, and personal grooming.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
- Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Compensation
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience).
Commission on each massage + client tips.
