Loss Prevention Manager

Role

Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel assets. Will oversee loss prevention strategies, security operations, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall security and loss prevention operations
• Prevent theft, pilferage, and internal losses
• Conduct regular audits, investigations, and incident reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety and security policies
• Train security staff and coordinate emergency response procedures
• Liaise with local authorities when required

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must have hotel industry experience
• Minimum 10+ years experience in security/loss prevention (hotel preferred)

Pay: From ₹43,000.00 per month
