Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pipe Fitter and Arc Welder based in Daman and Diu, India. Primary responsibilities include installing and maintaining piping systems, performing pipefitting tasks, conducting welding operations including TIG welding, and working with steam piping systems. The individual will be responsible for ensuring all work aligns with safety guidelines and quality standards, adhering strictly to specifications and requirements. Collaboration with team members to complete projects efficiently is an essential aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling pipes, including installation, repair, and maintenance
• Expertise in pipefitting processes for industrial applications
• Advanced skills in welding, including arc welding and TIG welding techniques
• Experience with steam systems related to industrial piping
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively in team settings
• Formal training or certification in pipefitting or welding is an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in industrial settings, is preferred
