Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Social Media and Creative Manager. The person in this role will manage the brand’s presence across social media platforms, including planning and executing content calendars, coordinating campaigns, and monitoring daily performance. They will create, review, and refine content (visual and written), ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to support product launches and promotions. Daily responsibilities include social media posting, community engagement, responding to messages and comments, tracking analytics, and optimizing content based on performance data. The role also involves conceptualizing creative campaigns, staying updated on trends and best practices, and preparing regular reports and insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong social media expertise, including Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts.
• Content-focused capabilities, including Content Strategy and Writing, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication, effective collaboration with internal teams, and professional interaction with audiences.
• Experience using social media analytics tools, basic understanding of design principles, and ability to brief or coordinate with designers and photographers.
• Proven ability to plan and execute social media campaigns end-to-end, including scheduling, testing, and performance evaluation.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, design, or e-commerce brands is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
