Job Summary

The Medical Sales Representative (Physician Liaison) will develop and expand a strong physician referral network throughout Sugar Land, Pearland, Katy, and surrounding South/West Houston communities.

This role focuses on building long-term relationships with physicians, medical offices, hospitals, and healthcare organizations to drive patient referrals and support clinic growth at our Sugar Land location (15200 Southwest Fwy).

Compensation

• Base Salary: $40,000 per year
• Commission: Aggressive structure with total earning potential of $150,000 – $200,000+ annually

Key Responsibilities

• Drive referral growth across Sugar Land, Pearland, and Katy territories
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers
• Educate providers on Texas Vein Experts’ services and treatment options
• Represent the company as a leader in vein disease treatment within the local medical community
• Identify and develop new referral sources through strategic prospecting
• Conduct consistent in-person visits, calls, and follow-ups with providers and office staff
• Coordinate and attend:
• Physician meetings
• Networking events
• Referral dinners
• Community outreach events
• CEU and educational programs
• Monitor local market trends and competitors
• Partner with leadership to execute territory growth strategies
• Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations to increase brand awareness
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting using CRM tools

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of medical sales experience (required)
• 1–2+ years of outside B2B sales experience
• Existing relationships within Sugar Land, Pearland, or Katy healthcare networks strongly preferred
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• CRM experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role
